I'm a Massage Therapist specializing in Deep Tissue Massage and Myofascial Release. I provide a relaxing and therapeutic massage in which the best techniques are integrated. My work is treatment focused, also called Therapeutic Massage and Sports Massage. I address your discomfort, pain or injury in whatever way it manifests. I also work with clients preemptively and proactively to reduce stress and tension. My approach to bodywork is holistic, compassionate and nurturing.

I'm trained in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular therapy, Structural and Sports Massage and Partum/Pregnancy and Post-Partum therapies. An adaptive, individualized massage is provided at every session to help meet your goals, to establish decreased pain and reduction of anxiety and to promote feelings of well-being and balance within the body.

Personal interests include creating visual art, music, and writing. I also enjoy reading, weight-lifting, hiking, biking and spending quality time with my family.
